आइए आपको शास्त्री जी के बारे मे एक रोचक कहानी के  माध्यम से उनकी सूझ बुझ के बारे मे आपको बताते है|  

बात कानपुर की है | क्रिकेट का टेस्ट मैच हो रहा था| उन दिनों श्री लाल बहादुर शास्त्री उत्तर प्रदेश के गृहमंत्री थे | वे  मैच देख रहे थे | इसी बीच किसी बात को लेकर छात्रों और पुलिस में कहा –सुनी हो गई | इस पर सभी छात्र भड़क गए | मामला बिगड़ता देख शास्त्री जी छात्रो को समझाने गए तो सभी ने एक स्वर में मांग की कि जब तक लाल पगड़ी मैदान में रहेगी, वे मैच नहीं होने देंगे |

शास्त्री जी असमंजस में पड़ गए | लाल पगड़ी यानि पुलिस का रहना तो आवश्यक है अन्यथा झगड़े – फसाद को कौन रोकेगा | शास्त्री जी को तुरंत एक रास्ता सूझ गया | उन्होंने छात्रों से कहा –“आज तो आप मैच होने दिजिए, कल से एक भी लाल पगड़ी आपको यहाँ नहीं दिखेगी |”

छात्र मन गए | मैच शुरू हो गया |

दुसरे दिन छात्रों ने देखा कि मैदान में पुलिस वाले मौजूद थे | उनका पारा चढ़ गया | उन्होंने शास्त्री जी को घेर लिया, तब शास्त्री जी ने कहा – “आप लोग यूँ ही नाराज हो रहे हैं | आप एक भी लाल पगड़ी वाला दिखाओ तो सही |”

बात यह थी कि उस दिन पुलिस वाले खाकी पगड़ी में आये थे | छात्र शास्त्री जी की इस सूझ-बुझ  और वाकपटुता से निरुत्तर हो गए | बाद में शास्त्री जी ने उन्हें समझा –बुझा दिया | वे बात मानकर चले गए |

सचमुच , व्यवहार कुशलता से कठिन से कठिन कार्य भी सुगमता से हल हो जाते हैं तथा बड़ी से बड़ी समस्याएँ आसानी से सुलझ जाती हैं | सूझ बुझ से काम लेने वाला व्यक्ति कभी असफल नहीं होता |

प्रेरक व्यक्तित्व (Inspiring Personalities)

स्वामी दयानंद सरस्वती 

आर्य समाज की स्थापना करने वाले स्वामी दयानंद सरस्वती मूर्ति पूजा और पाखंड के घोर विरोधी थे | जो लोग देवी –देवताओ की मुर्तियां बनाकर बाज़ार में बेचते और अपने परिवारों का खर्चा चलाते थे , उन्हें यह बात पसंद नहीं आई | वे लोग स्वामी जी से क्रुद्ध हो गए और किसी न किसी प्रकार से हर समय उन्हें हानि पहुचने की बात सोचने लगे |

एक दिन किसी पाखंडी पंडित को ऐसा अवसर मिल ही गया , जब वह स्वामी जी को हानि पहुंचा सके | उसने स्वामी जी को पान में विष दे दिया |स्वामी जी को शीघ्र ही इस बात का पता चल गया | उन्होंने बागिक्रिया’ करके तुरंत विष को शरीर से बाहर निकाल दिया | और इस प्रकार अपनी प्राणरक्षा की |

सब कुछ जानते हुए भी स्वामी जी ने अपराधी से कुछ नहीं कहा , मानों कुछ हुआ ही नहीं |

यह घटना अनुपशहर (उत्तर प्रदेश ) की है | उस समय वहां सैय्यद मुहम्मद नामक एक तहसीलदार था , जो स्वामी जी का बहुत बड़ा प्रशंसक था | जैसे ही उसे इस घटना की खबर मिली , उसने अपराधी को तुरंत बंदी बना लिया |

यह काम करके प्रशंसा पाने के उद्देश्य से तहसीलदार स्वामी जी के पास गया और उन्हें सारी घटना बता दी | स्वामी जी को तहसीलदार का यह कार्य बिलकुल अच्छा नहीं लगा, परन्तु वे उससे कुछ नहीं बोले |

  तहसीलदार को स्वामी जी के व्यवहार पर बहुत आश्चर्य हुआ और उसने स्वामी जी से नाराजगी का कारण पूछा | उसकी बात सुनकर स्वामी जी बोले , “ मैं संसार को बंदी बनाने का नहीं , बल्कि स्वतंत्र होने का मार्ग दिखाना चाहता हूँ | अगर दुष्ट अपनी दुष्टता नहीं छोड़ता , तो भला हम अपनी श्रेष्ठता क्यों छोड़ें !”

स्वामी जी की बात सुनकर तहसीलदार उनके आगे नतमस्तक हो गया | स्वामी जी के निर्देश पर उसने बंदी को छोड़ दिया |

सुभाषचंद्र बोस 

नेता जी सुभाषचंद्र बोस में वीरता , साहस और देशभक्ति के गुणों के साथ – साथ सेवाभाव भी कूट कूटकर भरा था |

जब सुभाष स्कूल में पढ़ते थे , तब कटक शहर में हैजा फ़ैल गया | हजारों लोग मौत के मुंह में समाने लगे | सुभाष अपने साथियों के साथ बीमार लोगों की सेवा में जुट गए |

कुछ लोगों को किसी के द्वारा किए जाने वाले अच्छे कार्य भी बुरे ही लगते हैं | हैदर नाम के एक गुंडे ने उनके सेवा – कार्यो की आलोचना करनी शुरू कर दी , लेकिन इसी बीच हैदर के परिवार के भी कई सदस्य हैजे की चपेट में आ गए |

कोई उनकी सहायता करने के लिए आगे नहीं आया | परन्तु सुभाष तो अतिशय छ्माशील थे , इसलिए हैदर की आलोचना को ध्यान में न रखकर उनहोंने तथा उनके साथियों ने हैदर के परिवार की खूब सेवा की | उन सभी ने मिलकर हैदर के घर और आसपास की सफाई भी की |

यह देखकर हैदर को बहुत शर्मिंदगी हुई | उसने अपनी गलती के लिए सुभाष से छमा मांगी और फुट फुटकर रोने लगा |

यह देखकर सुभाष को दया आ गई | वे बोले , “रो मत भाई ! तुम्हारे परिवार के लोग जल्दी ही ठीक हो जाएँगे | हम तो अपना कर्तव्य ही निबाह रहे हैं |किसी के दुःख में साथ देना ही तो मनुष्य का धर्म है !”

एस प्रकार , अपने सेवाभाव से नेता जी सुभाषचंद्र बोस ने एक दुष्ट व्यक्ति का भी ह्रदय परिवर्तित कर दिया |
